BUFFALO KETO CHICKEN TENDERS

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. chicken breast tenders
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 5 oz. buffalo sauce
  • salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper and almond flour
  3. Beat 1 egg with heavy cream
  4. Dip each tender in the egg and then into seasonedalmond flour
  5. Place tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 25minutes or until crispy
  6. Remove and serve
