  • 3 tsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice bacon
  • salt

Method
 

  1. In a skillet add shredded cheese oven medium heatand remove to a paper towel when it starts to melt
  2. Cook the egg as you want, place it over the cheese andseason with salt
  3. Place the remaining cheese over the top and serve
