Back in 2019, we made a tough decision. We decided to stop using Facebook Groups to build community. The decision was not easy and we went back and forth with the pros and cons. The pros are simple: billions of daily users and software that is addictive. When we put our members first, however, the answer was simple. Facebook is dangerous and puts our members and our own business at risk.
