Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 strips bacon
  • 1/2 up cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 avocado

Method
 

  1. In a bowl scramble the eggs and place them into theskillet, cook for 2-3 minutes
  2. Top the eggs with shredded cheese and bacon
  3. Slice avocado and place it over the bacon
  4. Top with salsa and serve
