One of our favorite classics, in Keto style. Perfect for a snack or part of a meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast tenders
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 5 oz buffalo sauce
- salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 F
- Season chicken with salt, pepper and almond flour
- Beat 1 egg with heavy cream
- Dip each tender in the egg and then into seasoned almond flour
- Place tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until crispy
- Remove and serve
