- ½ red onion
- 1 cup avocado mayo
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- ½ cup Monkfruit sweetener
- 1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Place Macadamia Nuts in a blender and blend until smooth
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, pour over Macadamia Nuts mixture and serve
