  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Pesto Sauce
  • Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 12 Basil leaves fresh


  • Cut the tomato and mozzarella cheese in rounds
  • Place the tomato, mozzarella rounds and basil leaves alternatively (see picture)
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • In a bowl, mix pesto sauce with olive oil until it has a more liquid texture
  • Drizzle the pesto sauce on top
  • Add a tad more of olive oil on top
  • Serve and enjoy
