  • ½ head of cauliflower
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp herbs


  • In a saucepan melt butter, add cauliflower and cook until soft
  • Remove from saucepan and set aside
  • Melt butter and sauté and bell pepper
  • In a food processor add cauliflower mixture, pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Garnish with parmesan and serve
