Ingredients

  • 2 ribs celery
  • ½ tsp pink Himalayan
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • ½ cup pecans
  • 1 lb. chicken breast
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 F and bake chicken breast for 15-20 minutes
  • Remove chicken and cut into small pieces
  • In a bowl mix all ingredients and toss until chicken is fully coated
  • When ready, add dill and serve
