  • 5 eggs
  • 5 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar substitute
  • 7 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar substitute
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon


  • Blend all of the crepe ingredients until smooth
  • Pour batter into the pan and cook 1-2 minutes per side
  • Remove and pour mixture over the crepes

For crepes mixture

  • Mix cinnamon and sweetener in a bowl
  • Serve when ready and top with the mixture
