A meal classic on a bite-size keto-friendly version for breakfast.
Mini Breakfast Meatloafs
You can choose not to divide the portions and make it a big meatloaf!
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 slices ham
- Preheat oven to 325 F
- In a bowl mix all ingredients
- Divide mixture into 6-8 portions and pack into mini loaf pan cavities
- Bake for 30 minutes, remove and serve
