Keto Mongolian Beef

A traditional Asian dish that is a wonderful meal or if you have leftovers from it, you can use it as the perfect filling for a Keto sandwich for a quick lunch.

  • 1 lb. flat iron steak
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 2 green onions

For the marinade

  • ½ cup coconut
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 clove garlic


  • Cut the flat iron steak into thin slices
  • Add the beef to a ziplock bag and add coconut, garlic and ginger, marinate for 1 hour
  • Add coconut oil to a wok and cook beef on high heat for 2-3 minutes
  • Add green onions, cook for another 1-2 minutes
  • Remove and serve
