Who doesn't love pancakes? They're perfect for breakfast, dessert and snack time! Find out how to nail the tastiness of the original without the carbs load! You can also substitute the almond flour for coconut flour to vary the recipe quite easily!
- ½ cup almond flour
- 3 eggs
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup cream cheese
- Fresh Berries
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix using a blender
- In a frying pan pour 2-3 tablespoons of pancake mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes per side
- Remove and top with cinnamon or butter. You can also add berries on top.
