- 1 broccoli
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup heavy cream
- In a saucepan add onion and cook
- Stir in broccoli and cook until soft
- Combine with heavy cream, salt and place in a blender, blend until smooth
- Return the soup to the saucepan, season with salt, add the cheese
- Serve and sprinkle with more parmesan
