  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup heavy cream


  • In a saucepan add onion and cook
  • Stir in broccoli and cook until soft
  • Combine with heavy cream, salt and place in a blender, blend until smooth
  • Return the soup to the saucepan, season with salt, add the cheese
  • Serve and sprinkle with more parmesan
