Peanut Butter Balls
Perfect snack to up your fat levels or as a dessert with a delicious keto ice cream on the side.
- 1 cup peanuts finely chopped
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sweetener
- 6 oz sugar free chocolate chips
- In a bowl mix peanut butter, sweetener, chopped peanuts, divide dough into 12 pieces and shape into balls and place on a wax paper
- Melt chocolate and dip each peanut butter ball in the chocolate and place back on the wax paper
- Refrigerate and serve
