Quick Keto Breakfast
Leftovers from Keto Naan Bread? Put them to use with avocado, eggs and mayo and you've got yourself a delicious breakfast.
No Keto bread ready? No problem! Just put the eggs and some cheese on the avocado, bake until ready and done!
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Mayo
- 1 Avocado
- 2 pieces Keto Naan Bread
- Bring water to boil in a pot.
- Carefully put the eggs in the water. Depending on your choice, you can leave them up to 5 minutes (soft boiled), 8 minutes (medium boiled) or 10 minutes (hard boiled).
- In a bowl, blend the avocado with a fork until looks like a puree. Add the mayonnaise. Mix them well.
- Serve the eggs with the avocado mayonnaise dip and the keto naan bread.
