KETO MONGOLAIN BEEF

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. flat iron steak
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 2 green onions
LOW CARB MONGOLIAN BEEF MARINADE
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 clove garlic

Method
 

  1. Cut the flat iron steak into thin slices
  2. Add the beef to a ziplock bag and add coconutaminos, garlic and ginger, marinate for 1 hour
  3. Add coconut oil to a wok and cook beef on high heatfor 2-3 minutes
  4. Add green onions, cook for another 1-2 minutes
  5. Remove and serve
